  • Video call connection data when you attend a consultation via Zoom

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Data sharing with partner universities

For programmes conducted in cooperation with partner universities (Woolf, University of Huddersfield, SMC Signum Magnum College, DTI University), we transfer necessary personal data to the respective partner institution for the purposes of admission, study administration, examination management, and degree documentation. This transfer is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services on this website. When you interact with these services, your personal data is processed by the respective provider in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5.1 Calendly (Appointment Scheduling)

We use Calendly to enable online appointment booking on our website. Calendly is operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

When you book a consultation using the Calendly booking widget embedded on our website, Calendly processes your personal data (including name, email address, and selected appointment time) in order to confirm and manage your booking. Calendly may also use cookies and similar technologies when the booking widget is displayed on our website.

5.2 Zoom (Video Consultations)

We use Zoom for conducting online video consultations. Zoom is operated by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.

When you attend a consultation via Zoom, Zoom processes connection data and, depending on your settings, audio and video data. The data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Academic records may be retained for up to 30 years in accordance with Austrian legal requirements. Appointment and consultation data is retained for a maximum of 2 years unless it forms part of an enrolment process.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
